The Source is a free confidential service that works with crack, cocaine and other stimulant users in the borough of Wandsworth. The service aims to work holistically and sensitively with substance users to reduce the risk of harm to both themselves and the wider community.

We strive to overcome any lack of knowledge and discrimination faced by people with drug related problems through support, care planning and education.

We work in partnership with community GP's and local agencies to promote healthier lifestyles and empower individuals with the confidence to make positive changes.
