Workshops:
Cannabis Workshop:
We offer a weekly support group for people who are concerned about their cannabis use. The group can be accessed by self-referral and works to a harm minimisation model, we will look at what cannabis is made up of, the effects it has on the body and coping strategies to reduce or abstain from cannabis use.
Cannabis Workshop: Fridays 2.30pm - 4pm (You will need to be assessed for this).
Relaxation Workshop:
We offer a weekly relaxation space for clients to experience and learn relaxation techniques. The group can be accessed by self-referral. The relaxation techniques may also help with working through cravings, poor sleep patterns and alleviate some anxiety you may experience when going through a stressful time.
Relaxation Workshop: Mondays 2.30pm - 4pm (You will need to be assessed for this).
If you have any questions or are unsure whether this is the service for you please telephone for details.
