A free, confidential and friendly service for Crack/Cocaine users, their family and friends in Southwark.
What we offer:
Confidentiality is offered to all clients at Blenheim CDP. It allows us to develop a trusting relationship with you, and as such offer care of a high and professional standard.
No information given by yourself will be shared with individuals or organisations outside of Blenheim CDP without your prior consent, unless there are any concerns around children, harm to oneself or others. This will be fully explained to you by a worker.
One to one individual support sessions:
After an assessment you will be assigned a key worker and offered support sessions where you will be able to explore your drug related issues.
We will work together to create care plans regarding issues such as: legal, health, housing, and any other problems you may be experiencing.

Evening Appointments:
Evolve offers late evening appointments for clients, who for whatever reason are unable to access the Project during normal working hours. Late appointments are on Wednesdays 5.30pm to 7pm.
Complementary Therapies :
At Evolve you will be able to access therapies which can help with cravings, withdrawal symptoms and aid relaxation. We offer:

Information and Advice:
We can provide information and support to friends and family members of Crack/Cocaine users.
Onward Referral:
We can refer you to other agencies and organisations which may be more appropriate to meet your individual needs.
Professional Liaison:
We are happy to liase with any other workers you may have such as: Social Workers; Probation Officers; GP's; housing services; solicitors; other statutory services, etc.
Telephone Support:
Workers are at hand to offer support over the telephone for users their friends and their family if they are unable to or would prefer not to, come along to the project.
